I never had any doubts that we were in expert hands during labor. Kendall was so exceptional that my role in support was much more manageable and frankly, much easier. Kendall helped with comforting my loved one, offered encouraging words and we both had complete trust in her care. I have no doubts that her expertise and confidence were a huge part of our positive experience. All the UPH Trinity staff were great, but we felt we owe Kendall a special “thank you” for making this experience so special.

During a recent difficult delivery that impacted the entire department, Kendall’s care brightened a very grim situation. Her kindness and loving care made it a little less devastating experience. Then later, the extra effort it took for her to be present and provide a loving hug and emotional support were so needed and appreciated. She made all the difference!
