Kerri is exceptional at what she does. She is a compassionate and skilled nurse, but most of all, she is a truly caring person. When our daughter, E, was extubated the first time, it went poorly, very fast, and was very tough to watch as a mom. Kerri was our nurse that day and several other days. Once I was allowed back in the room after the re-intubation, Kerri took the time to listen to my thoughts, not just about the procedure but also about more heartfelt and spiritual things involving E's situation and her quality of life. Her hugs and caring spirit have been healing to our E and to us. There will always be a connection after going through a trauma together and coming out on the other side, friends. She is a special healer.
