Kerri is one of the most amazing nurses I have had. 7 days at another facility and then 4 days at Mercy General gave me a lot of different situations with many nurses. Kerri rose to the top by her ability to communicate far and above others about the procedures I was experiencing. Her commentary on each step she was doing put me at great ease and everything she told me turned out to be true. I gained great trust in Kerri which put me at great peace. I wish I could have had Kerri in all my stays. Kerri is pleasant and very attentive to others’ needs. She is a great asset to Mercy General that I hope is not overlooked. People like Kerri are rare in this world and should be recognized for their high standards. She is a great example of what love is.
