When I arrived from the ER, I was hungry, sick, frustrated and angry at misinformation. Kerri Jensen came in, sat down and held my hand. She sat quietly while I vented in frustration. She explained things and she said "you're alright, it's alright." Her demeanor instantly calmed me. For the remainder of my stay, she checked on me without having to call for her. She remembered things I liked. She calmed me, made me smile and was the definition of a superhero. She did all of this while training another employee. She represents nursing at the highest level. Please tell her thank you for everything! She’s absolutely amazing! I’m happy I’m going home but if I had to stay longer, I would’ve been ok with her as my nurse.
