Kerry McLean, RN, BSN

I have never seen a manager assume patient care and work hands on. Kerry McLean ‘embraces’ her nursing roots and ‘gloves up’ on a weekly basis. She never acts above any of us and is one of the best and strongest leaders I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Never in my nearly 15-year healthcare career, have I ever worked with a management team as phenomenal as under Kerry McLean. She truly values her team members and without fail, ensures every single one of us is taken care of, regardless of the situation and circumstance. Kerry always ‘does right’ by all of us and shows us how much she values and appreciates us. I have never loved/enjoyed a job as much as I do here and with this team. She is doing it right!
