Kesia went over and above in all her duties. Very experienced and comfortable in difficult situations. Kesia has a lovely aura and energy around her. We felt she was a perfect advocate for baby and family and even went so far as to put together a lovely keepsake/ gift for our other child's birthday. Thank you so much.

Kesia gave my wife and I our first hold of our preemie baby C, even though he was super small, unstable, and on a ventilator. He’d plateaued in progress and growth for the 2 weeks prior but this moment gave us a welcome boost, connection and was the catalyst for him going from NICU to HD to SCBU in just over a week. Her expertise, warmth, and compassion are impressive, not unusual on the ward as the nurses are generally great, but Kesia is nothing short of amazing in every dealing we and C have had with her.
