Kim welcomed us right in and helped us to get settled: getting everything set up, the proper meds, helping us get my mom comfortable in her room and maintaining her privacy. Kim got to keep us for a couple of days; then, we tried to fight to keep her longer! Every day she has worked, she has gone above and beyond for us and even though she was no longer our RN, she stopped by to check on Mom.
It kind of feels like we gained a family member. Just a complete sweetheart inside and out!
