Today I brought my sick daughter in to be tested for strep and the flu. She is 7 years old. This is the first time she has never cried at all. I am so amazed. Kim treated her like a person, not a patient. If she was having a bad day or is overworked, she never showed it. Thank you so much for a great visit. No tears is the best for me!
