Kim definitely advocated for my care. He paid special attention to the care and condition of my wounds. He noticed details and attended to them with wound care that considerably enhanced healing and comfort. While always attentive to comfort he was careful to address pain with ice packs or heat and breathing (which worked!) before turning to drugs, etc. It was obvious to me that his coworkers respect him and that he values and respects them. He worked hard to respect my privacy while giving thorough care. He listened to my concerns and never made me feel small. In retrospect, I am certain some of my conversation was rather senseless due to medication, but Kim was consistent in his demeanor, professionalism, and compassion at all times.
