I work alongside Kim at the call center and she continually inspires me, she has over 20 years experience being a nurse and she is always willing to help her fellow colleagues at all times. She provides excellent care to patients she triages, she takes her time to listen to them and provides them with care and compassion even when not in person. You can tell the patient is satisfied with their care, she goes beyond expected and always finishes her day with a smile. She encourages and motivates all of her colleagues, always positive no matter how busy our department may get.
