I would like to thank Kim because of the incredible kindness she showed me during my stay here. She worked so hard to ensure that I would be able to attend my grandmother's funeral. Kim helped me in so many ways, she helped me to remain calm when I was scared. She has a positive attitude and spirit that influenced me.
