Kimberly Doll, RN

Nothing went as planned for my early birth at 35 weeks 3 days. Kim was amazing in answering my questions and listening to me while I cried about things not going right. She was sweet, compassionate, and a good listener. Kim is an outstanding nurse. She is very engaged in our unit and is a staunch advocate for patients and their families. Kim is very knowledgeable about women and infants and the quality measures needed to obtain the best outcomes. Kim is passionate about doing the right thing for our moms and babies and helping co-workers do the same. Kim is one of the charge nurses and a great mentor to the nurses. Kim is self-motivated to be a lifelong learner and volunteers to participate in committees with the Banner system and the state of Arizona to improve outcomes at a larger level. Our unit is very fortunate to have this nurse on our team!
