Kimberly was very attentive and kind to my dad. She remembered him from a previous surgery a few weeks prior. She was in-tune to dad's lifestyle and encouraged him to take care of himself and to follow instructions at home to recover the best way possible. Her compassion and sincerely sweet personality were a blessing to our family.

The past 12 days have been challenging with my son, starting in the ER with a kidney stone, then emergency surgery with Dr. H at BMH-Union County and then finally a second surgery at BMH-NM. My son had an appointment with Dr. H to get his stent out from the first surgery, but a stone in the opposite kidney became lodged the night before the appointment. He did not want a second surgery, but unfortunately, it became obvious by Wednesday morning that it would be required.
Dr. H added my son on to the surgery schedule for Wednesday afternoon. Everyone at your facility was the best. All of the nurses worked quickly and efficiently. I know that our post op nurse was, and we loved her. Kimberly is a gem within your team. She provided us with excellent educational information about kidney stones and the procedure as well as answered all of our questions. Finally, I cannot say thank you enough to your staff for all that they did.

I would like to commend Kimberly for being an exceptional nurse. She is very hands-on, very caring, and very nice. She is so friendly, but these nurses care! This makes being at a hospital bearable.
