Kim Hollowell was able to completely change my attitude in a positive way while going over discharge instructions. I was very ill when I came to the hospital and felt like giving up and was tired of being sick. Kim went out of her way, even brought me balloon from the gift shop. She knew just what to do to brighten my day and entire hospital stay. Because of her excellent care, it even brought back my appetite.

My 97 year old mother was experiencing serious pain issues. Kimberly discussed pain management considerations with our family and was able to develop an effective pain management strategy that allowed my mother to rest comfortably so her body was better able to recover. Kim also has an excellent bedside manner. She is very caring and patient. I also witnessed her effectiveness as a trainer while orienting a new employee. Kim is a wonderful example of a modern medical caregiver.
