I would like to take this opportunity to send a huge thanks for the care I received while I was admitted to the hospital. The care & support was extraordinary. All my questions were answered and explained how I understood. Mrs. Kimberly’s explanations in response to my family’s questions were accepted and answered. Every morning she would pop her head in just to say hi before her shift started. Outstanding nurse and a great asset to the hospital.

First of all, I am a retired registered nurse of 30 years. I have been hospitalized for an acute condition twice over the last 4 months at St. Thomas Rutherford on the 6th floor. I was fortunate enough to be blessed to have Kimberly Johnson, RN as my nurse on both hospitalizations. No matter how bad you feel, when Kimberly comes into your room with her big smile, you instantly feel better. It is obvious that Kimberly genuinely cares for each of her patients, she is so kind and gentle. As a retired nurse myself I recognized some of Kimberly’s superior nursing skills: including very thorough assessment skills, excellent patient education, frequent checking on me and always being friendly and very professional. I hope St. Thomas realizes the absolute treasure you have in Kimberly.
