The mother of a newborn son spoke glowingly of Kim's compassionate care. The mother, who had experienced a very normal 38-week pregnancy, was told her newborn would be placed in the NICU for a few days after giving birth. Kim made sure to guide the mother, who was also experiencing a kidney stent removal the day after giving birth, through her newborn's treatment.
"I am thankful for Kim, from the strength she gave me to making sure I had faith that my son would be home soon. She not only took care of my son, but she also took care of me in ways she never knew."
