Kim took care of my mom on Tuesday, on night shift. I could not have asked God for a more perfect angel to care for my mom on her last day on this earth. She was so patient and kind. She answered my questions and took my concerns seriously. My mom's comfort was her primary concern, and she worked closely with respiratory care to ensure my mom could rest as comfortably as possible. When the end was approaching, she was reassuring. After Mom's passing, she offered to stay with me until my family arrived, even though I knew she was very busy. I will never forget this! She never rushed us and showed compassion as we grieve. Kim found me in the hall as she was leaving, gave me a hug, and voiced her sympathy. I truly believe she was sent to be with us in the time of our greatest need.
