I brought my mother to the hospital for evaluation and treatment of respiratory distress. In the emergency room, we saw multiple personnel, including the ER physician, who was very patient and attentive. Our nurse, Kimberly, was outstanding. She is very calm and patient and did an excellent job explaining the treatment plan. She was focused on the patient and addressed all the needs, even the ones we didn't ask about. As a physician myself, I can safely state she has been one of the most competent, pleasant, patient, and caring nurses I have seen in my 30 years. Her work and attitude are stellar.
