Our mother was admitted to your hospital for her second stroke in September. Kinsy was her nurse, and we are so very grateful it was Kinsy.
Kinsy was so professional and caring. She seemed like another member of our large family - she was the perfect match for Mom's care. She always kept all of us informed of the situation and went out of her way to provide Mom with whatever she needed.
It was the little things we appreciated most, like taking Mom outside to enjoy the flowers and sunshine. Kinsy even picked a flower and put in her hair. It was so very thoughtful and caring; I am overwhelmed by this small gesture.
We know she had other patients to attend to, but Kinsy always found time to stop in and see if anything was needed. She is so compassionate and kind, and your health system is truly blessed to have her as a nurse.
When we realized Mom would not be going to a rehab facility, but we were taking her home to care and comfort her at the end of her life, Kinsy was right there and understood the pain and sorrow we were going through.
At that difficult time, we were all so blessed to have Kinsy there with us. I will never forget her for all she did, for her excellent care of my mother and comfort she extended to all the family. Thank you, Kinsy, you are an angel!
