I was hesitant about my husband going to Tennova for an endoscopy. I took him there despite my feelings. I'm so happy that I did because it turned out to be a very rewarding and pleasant experience. Everyone, including housekeeping, doctors, nurses' office, and volunteer services was wonderful. One nurse, Kisa Thomas, stood out! Not only was she courteous and friendly, but she relieved me of any negative thoughts about coming to Tennova in the future. She took the time to reassure my husband of his nervousness preparing him for his procedure. In a time when our country has become crazy and everyone seems to fight and divide, Kisa had nothing but positivity. She showed kindness and almost met a long-lost relative!
