I had a wellness check-up. Kris Metz was my nurse practitioner and she spent a great deal of time with me. She reviewed my medications and discussed side effects. She called a pharmacy to find the cost of the medications like my insulin, so I could afford my pills. She put a referral in for the Medication Assistance Program to see if they could help, and also to someone to see about new insulin to help with the cost. She has also cared for my granddaughter. She REALLY cares, so very important to me!
