I live many miles away and the morning I learned my son, who has special needs, had been admitted I spoke to Krissa. She assured me all was well except for trouble sleeping at night. She was very professional but I could sense her understanding of my concern as a parent. Individuals like her are the kind of humans we parents of special needs children admire and are always glad to have on the other end of the phone. She demonstrated to me consistence and assurance throughout the week, she worked with my son when at times he needed to be redirected. Her uplifting spirit and most importantly her day to day work proves she is an exceptional nurse and valuable to the hospital. Her experience and care of my son proved over and over to me her devoted passion as a nurse.
