Kristi-Lyn is very personable, compassionate, and accommodating. I mentioned that I had a telehealth appointment and was wondering if there was a way to connect to the internet from my patient bed. Kristi-Lyn made the time to connect with the hospital's Patient Relations department and make arrangements for me to use an Ipad in order for me to have my telehealth appointment. Kristi-Lyn also made the time to educate me and answer questions about my medications and lab results.
