I was so thankful to have Kristin for my husband's nurse. My husband was admitted as a trauma patient and she was his nurse both days he was in the Surgical ICU. She was so caring and always made sure he was as comfortable as he could be. She always took her time and never seemed rushed. She answered all of my questions and never acted like she had somewhere else to be. It felt like my husband was her #1 priority even though she had other patients. I felt more at ease with her caring for him and felt comfortable leaving his side knowing she was there to take care of him. I work at a hospital in Indiana so I am a little more critical when it comes to the care of my family. I appreciated the fact that she washed her hands every time she came in and out of his room (I know it seems silly to point out but that is extremely important!). I just want her to know how thankful I am that she was there to take care of my husband and that I think she is an incredible nurse!
