A patient's Aunt said that nurse Kristin Fleissner went above and beyond to care for her niece, C. She said they haven’t been able to stop thinking about her and the wonderful job Kristin did while caring for C., so she decided she needed to call and talk to someone.
She said Kristin would frequently check on C. and make sure she had what she needed. Kristin would walk with her around the unit, and gently remind her when she was pushing too hard. C. really wanted to shower and get clean, and Kristin worked hard to make sure she would be able to do so. The Aunt said anytime they had a question, it was answered with honesty and compassion. Kristin went above and beyond to care for C. and it has made an impact on both of their lives.
