Kristin Hoyt, RN, BSN

Today, Kristin was the ultimate advocate for her patient. She empathized with the wishes of her patient and her patient’s spouse and bravely escalated the situation when she felt that their wishes were not being heard. Kristin genuinely cares for her patients and provides compassionate care no matter the situation. She worked as a powerful member of this multidisciplinary team during a challenging situation. Kristin did everything she possibly could to ensure that her patient received the best care in accordance with the patient’s wishes.
