Kristin McGrath, RN

Kristin is the heart of APS. She has worked in APS for over 30 years. She is a respected liaison between APS and other departments, including and especially the ED. She supports her coworkers and is a mentor to newer staff. She cares deeply about APS patients and does not accept easy or dismissive treatment plans but rather fights for the best outcome for the patient. She participates in community organizations working to be change-makers for the mental health community and brings to the table the tangible knowledge she learns from her patients. She is present with her patients and enjoys them. She advocates for them and for her coworkers.
