Kristina has been a nurse since 2016 and started as a graduate nurse at AdventHealth Celebration in the ICU. She took a break from Advent for a few years to travel all over the US working in level 1 trauma units, transplant units, CVICU, and some of the worst COVID units you could imagine before deciding to come to AdventHealth Heart of Florida ICU. She immediately made a positive impact on the team by demonstrating knowledge, teamwork, and compassion for her patients.

Kristina is an exceptional nurse who makes it obvious that patient care and comfort care are top priorities. She is very thorough and goes above and beyond to be sure her patient is comfortable. If she did not have the answer for me, she did whatever was necessary to find the answer. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I felt complete confidence in her care. Kristina is a credit to the nursing profession. She also made sure my wife was comfortable and answered all her questions.

This is just an overview of a nurse who not only jumps in with both feet in delivering paramount care but delivers great care to patients and families. I have seen her on many occasions make the patients and families more at ease. No matter what is asked of Kristina, she does with her heart and skill. We are blessed to have nurses like her in the ICU.

Kristina's empathy and compassion kept my family from falling apart when we lost the most important person to so many people (my mom). Without her kindness and patience, this would have been even more catastrophic to me and my family. Words cannot express how thankful I am.

Kristina has not only been a caring nurse for my mother, but she has also been a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen and a heart to care. I arrived from Georgia. The second I was introduced to Kristina as my sister-in-law's nurse, she had a good spirit, and I could see her dedication and how loving and caring she was. She was also very concerned about the entire family, especially my brother. She was checking on him every time she checked on my sister-in-law. She is an amazing nurse, very caring and dedicated to her job. She rocks.
