During Leader rounding on 6 Tower, Kristina is the name we always hear from patients and families. We are told time and time again that Kristina "really listens" and "she takes the time to explain everything".
A patient who was newly diagnosed with renal failure and needing to start hemodialysis, would still smile and call Kristina "wonderful" when asked about her nursing care.
The family of a patient whose stay was delayed singled Kristina out as the nurse they wanted to care for their mother.
