She has taken care of my father for several shifts. She is a true professional. She is neat and tidy. She knows what she is doing, why she is doing it, and how to communicate it to her patients and their family members. She is very efficient and thorough, in a very caring manner, knowing how to manage elderly people who are cranky because they are sick and in pain, allowing them to retain as much dignity as possible. She also knows how to manage anxious family members like me. She consistently helps her fellow team members out when needed, going above and beyond the expectations of her fellow team members aside from the patients and their family members. In short, this hospital should make her one of their poster children if they have not done so already. She shines.
