Krystal provided remarkable care with a smile. She was very friendly. She took the time to explain each medicine that she administered and their uses. She checked on her patient numerous times. She took time to speak with both the patient and the family. She did not stop providing care when she was advised that she had a call waiting. She let them know she needed to finish her care of her patient first. She provided excellent service and I loved her attitude. Krystal took her time to care for me and did not rush through anything.
