From the very first day having Kyle as my RN, he has always gone the extra mile to see to it that I (and my mother who has been with me as well) was taken care of and as comfortable as possible. He is always so patient and kind and explains everything as many times as needed. He takes pride in his work and always pays so much attention to detail. He is so gentle in getting blood, shots, etc. I also noticed that, if possible, he will be here when the doctors come in so he hears firsthand what was said. You can tell he truly loves helping others. I am a retired RN. Having never been a patient before, I was not only nervous about my surgery but more nervous about my nursing care. I can honestly say that Kyle was my “God send.” he not only reassured me but provided exceptional physical, emotional, and mental care. He empowered me to be an active participant in my medical care & respected my opinions, ideas, etc. Kyle truly is a “DAISY Award” RN.
