Kyndall Kordakis was recognized by a young patient's mother. The mother explained that Kyndall went above and beyond her expectations when caring for her daughter. The mother explained Kyndall was so sweet and caring. When the care of her daughter became complex, Kyndall made a point to ensure the patient's mother understood what was happening even when she was unable to be present with her daughter. The patient's mother often had to bring her son when visiting. Kyndall understood the need for Mom to have one on one time with her daughter and always made sure her son's needs were met. This mother had confidence that Kyndall was on top of the situation and felt she sincerely cared for her daughter. The patient's mother also shared how much she enjoyed Kyndall's empathy and her refreshing smile.
