Lacey Bales, RN

This was our 3rd and final baby delivery and Lacey Bales made the experience truly extraordinary. I felt 100% supported by Lacey in my delivery plan. I was never persuaded to speed things up or get any interventions I didn't want. I felt completely in charge of my body and birth. Lacey provided the most encouraging bedside care. I felt safe, comfortable, and when the time came for the final push, Lacey was at the head of my bed encouraging me even when I said I can't do this anymore. Lacey coached me until my baby girl arrived. Her care was authentic from start to end. She was so patient and caring throughout everything and I have the utmost respect for her.
