Lacie is a caring person with an amazing ability to comfort and communicate with difficult patients. She carefully explained the hospice process to my husband so he understood. Her smile and positive presence are a plus to the nursing profession.

Lacie has talked with my step dad, my mom and me about his care options once he leaves the hospital. She described hospice care. And what he could expect if he moves home. She was kind, perceptive, and very sensitive on how she talked to us and such a comfort and so clear in talking us through a very difficult series of choices. She made a positive impact in our lives.
