LaShon Nelms, RN

LaShon was a wonderful nurse to my husband! He was quite scared having been recently diagnosed and at the moment she was doing an assessment, he started to cry suddenly becoming overwhelmed with what was in store. LaShon did not hesitate to give him a hug and assure him that he was in great hands. LaShon mixes a sense of humor and an exemplary sense of compassion which is why I feel that she personifies what a nurse should be and she clearly is a valuable caregiver at MD Anderson.
