After spending seven long hours in the ED, filled with anxiety and worry; it was a relief to see Laura as my husband's nurse. My husband has been in declining health over the past few weeks. I communicated some healthcare concerns and she was quick to consult with the doctors, clearly relaying our concerns and suggesting a course of action.
Her professional demeanor gave me so much trust that I knew my husband would be cared for with the highest standard of nursing excellence. I was able to go home and rest knowing she was going to watch over him and provide the best for him.
