Over the last 2 years, Ms. Laura has been an invaluable resource to my family. She has answered emails and phone calls quickly, sat and talked with me about my fears, helped me advocate for my son, and even checked on me as a mom of a special needs kid. She has shown more care and compassion than her job requires, which is indicative of the kind of person she is. I know she truly cares for the well-being of my son and is willing to brainstorm and research off the clock to make sure he (and my family) is taken care of. I cannot imagine what this medical journey would have looked like without her! She is so knowledgeable in her field and has taken the time to teach me what she knows so that I can care for my son better. We love Ms. Laura!
