Laura was extremely cheerful anytime she interacted with my mother during her stay. Laura was immediately available and took appropriate steps to confirm my identification of an allergic reaction when my mother was given a "new" to her blood pressure medication. Laura called in reinforcements and was central to the procedures that reduced my mom's reaction and subsequent discomfort, all while keeping me calm and informed about what was being done to care for my mother in the extreme situation.
