From the moment she walked in I just knew I'd like her. She has a very upbeat and lighthearted manner that helps put you at ease. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very friendly asking about my kids and such while putting in IVs and hooking me up. What is usually not a pleasant thing just wasn't so bad anymore. And thanks to her listening to me and going to the doctor with our concerns about my health as I was going to be discharged. I felt that really has helped me get going farther in the right direction for a diagnosis. She honestly is everything you want a nurse to be. She was very attentive. She checked in on me enough that I never even needed to use a call button. Her sense of humor was nice. I'm 27 and in the hospital with heart trouble. I was feeling the fear of the unknown. Her bright smile and playful comments and Netflix talk really helped me to keep it together all day here by myself. Well not "by myself". If only for a day I made a friend. She was on top of everything as the doctors wanted it, very efficient. She was even apologetic for things out of her control. Just sweet and definitely cares about her patients. She has to just be a natural-born caregiver or the best actor I've ever met. This girl is a diamond and this hospital would be crazy to let her go!!!
