They say that nurses make the worst patients and clearly, they’ve never considered the nurse-mom. The tenderness with which Lauren cared for my daughter was expected, but her genuine light-hearted attitude and patience with my analytics was astounding! She didn't let me get into my own head and panic and wasn't bothered by my neurotic requests like new bed linen or new Curos caps on the IV line. My daughter was dead set against an IV, but she did an incredible job of staying calm and patient and worked quickly and properly. You can see plain as day that she loves her job and the nursing profession and needs a million more like her. My daughter says, "Yass nurse! You're da best!"
