From the moment she walked in the door to introduce herself with a smile, she was beyond kind and caring. When I came in, due to no one's fault, I had blood everywhere due to my medline coming undone. It had a faulty clamp. She knew I had to be uncomfortable so she offered to help me get a shower before hooking everything up. that is important because it was literally minutes before her shift was ending. She laid out all necessary bath items and due to my weakness, literally stood by the door in case I was too weak. She then hooked up all my necessary equipment. Again keep in mind this was after shift change. Her demeanor and attitude have been nothing short of amazing. If we had more Lauren's in Health this world would be a better place. I can tell you Lafayette General is better because of her.
