Lauren sees to it that her patient is comfortable before she leaves the room.
When I'm late with my visiting hour to my husband, she sees to it my husband is okay with everything he needs like asking the CNA to change the linens, asked the patient what else she could do. For me, that's an extra mile. Some nurses just do the right thing if someone is watching them. But Lauren with or without visitors she is perfectly a nurse.
When my husband vomited and had diarrhea she need not call a CNA to help clean up the bed, but she did it herself. She treated the patient like her family member. We feel her sincere and gentle manner whenever she enters the room.
