Lauren went above and beyond to assist our family when mom was critically ill. My two sisters and I came from Montana to be with our mom during Covid-19 and complicated security rules. Lauren was so compassionate and really cared about us and the difficult decisions we were facing. She assisted us in meeting with the doctor and the health care team and ensured we understood the care mom was receiving and the options that were available. She facilitated visits with mom so we could be with her, and she was so supportive of us and the challenging issues we were facing. Watching a loved one in ICU who is critically ill, can be unbearable. Having Lauren with us at this most vulnerable time in our lives was instrumental and made a "forever impression" on our hearts.
