Lauren is an amazing nurse. I am an ICU nurse, and I am very particular with my patients. Well, I met my match. Her knowledge, bedside care, and how she took care of my dad was over the top. You need to duplicate her! She answered every question, every concern, and called me to let me know they extubated my dad after we left. You have a nurse who is kind and compassionate about her job.
