Since opening the unit and hospital in May 2019 in Colorado Springs, Lauren has demonstrated a caring a compassionate demeanor not only for her patients but also for her co-workers. She has been involved and instrumental in the education process for both staff members as well as parents in setting up the unit’s pH impedance probe GI service. Not only has she been involved at the unit level, but she has also gone above and beyond her duties, serving as the expert for the facility- Fit Testing numerous employees from different departments. She consistently provides mentorship, sharing her expertise with newly hired and seasoned team members with positivity.
