Lauren was such an outstanding nurse. She even called me on my cell to tell me how my mom was doing. Wow! What an awesome nurse! She blew our socks off. We received outstanding service. She was loving, kind and helpful.

Lauren is always smiling and very positive. She is an excellent nurse, taking care of everything. She does what she says she is going to do, answers your questions, and is constantly checking on her patient. She is the reason West Florida Hospital is such a wonderful place to come to!
