Laurie Lennon has been so supportive and compassionate when I have spoken with her over the phone several times this past year as my mother had been slowly declining at home with dementia and significant weakness. Laurie has such a kind and sweet manner, she really is such a natural comforter. During this time our family has been very depressed and stressed and Laurie has such a nice, calming and reassuring manner that just puts you at ease. I have never met her in person but when I do I just want to give her a big hug and tell her how much her kind words and assistance have meant to all of us. She is a huge asset to the nursing profession and to Lahey. She naturally goes above and beyond. It is really touching and we appreciate everything that Laurie does to create a wonderful patient experience for us.
