Lauryn Hudson Bennet, RN

I have witnessed Lauryn's interaction with a patient suffering from dementia who was both confused and violent. Lauryn, being a compassionate nurse, approached him with care and support. She successfully maintained the patient's calmness throughout his stay in ward 17 . By working closely with the patient's family, she gained his trust, resulting in a peaceful demeanor during every interaction. 

Her dedication and actions truly exemplify the qualities of a Florence Nightingale nurse. Having experienced the presence of both Lauryn and the patient during my visits to Ward 17, I must commend the exceptional care displayed by Lauryn . She is willing to go above and beyond  to ensure that her patients are safe and well cared for.
