Than is an extraordinary co-worker and nurse. She is professional, calm, thorough, and time-efficient which are all vital qualities for her roles as charge nurse, preceptor, and staff RN. Her patient and caring demeanor are recognized and appreciated by some of our most challenged patients - patients who are in the dying process, those in severe pain, and patients with challenging behavior. Than is a bridge-builder who can cross from the professional side to the patient side to meet them where they are. She is one her team can count on, and we can’t imagine 6SE without her!
